Good morning, New York City! This is your chilly winter weather report coming in hot... or should I say, cold?
Today's forecast is serving up a frosty slice of winter realness. We're looking at a mostly sunny day with temperatures struggling to reach a high of 32 degrees Fahrenheit. But don't be fooled by the sunshine - it's gonna feel more like the polar express out there! Wind chill values will dance between 10 and 20 degrees, with northwest winds howling at 14 to 21 miles per hour and gusts up to 38 miles per hour.
