With the rapid technological changes that have happened since World War 2, how we do life and work can look completely different depending on which generation we belong to.

And what about those generational stigmas? Are younger generations really entitled, lazy or without purpose... or is this just a view that has existed forever?

Clifford Morgan is an organisational psychologist, and the director and principal of Lumian Consulting. He's passionate about partnering with leaders and their organisations, helping them to unlock their potential and perform at their peak. Cliff has over a decade of service with the Royal Australian Air Force, and brings a wealth of experience that provides him a unique perspective to assist his clients.
