The countdown is on. 2023 is almost outta here. Yeah…it’s 364 days but it always feels like the time flies by. This has been an interesting year to say the least. As we approach the end, the resounding feeling is one of gratitude. With a capital G.
What started out as a getaway to the Catskills turned into an emergency medical situation that forever changed the course of our lives. To say we are appreciative for each and every day is an understatement if there ever was one. We always wanted to travel the world but never imagined experiencing Syracuse in that capacity. But hey…man plans and God laughs.
Talking of traveling, we also experienced a huge shift in our family as some members relocated to the Peachtree state. It hits you like a ton of bricks when those who live 30 minutes from you are now 16 hours. But once again, our travel plans were updated for other purposes that turned out to be good.
A lot happened in the world throughout this year. Rihanna resurfaced to perform at the halftime show during the SuperBowl in full baby belly and Beyoncé travel the world performing on the Renaissance World Tour. It’s safe to say this year was full of entertainment.
