Dammy is also the Team Lead of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development at ProvidusBank, the Founder & CEO of Let it Shine Academy, and the Proprietress & Executive Director of Let it Shine Secondary School.
Since graduating with an economics and business management degree from Sheffield University, Dammy has devoted her life to addressing educational access issues and child development challenges. She is also a published author and a scholar of Child Rights and education reform.
