Angela Hoyt is a consultant in the Employment Services field in Canada. In this interview, she shares what it has been like to try to keep up with advancements in technology like chatGPT and figure out how to use these tools in her business.
Angela and Sharon met through the AI Tinkerer's club, an international group of facilitators and consultants who are learning how to use AI tools through experimentation.
They examine the history of changes in technology and how these changes have impacted the role of facilitating education for adults in the workplace. How does the role of a facilitator or consultant change when information and expertise becomes easier to access?
