Do you know your WHY? When you think about the reason for why you do what you do is it clear? For many of us we have a vision of what we are supposed to do, but often times that conflicts with what we desire to do or how things need to shift when our seasons of life change.
In this episode, Kristen Knowles, shares how her years of leadership development and observing what made some leaders and their teams rise to the top and thrive in a healthy environment and others fall far short of their desires results. Her knowledge and insight can help us look carefully at what we are doing and why we are doing what becomes normal behavior in parenting. When we look closely at the WHY, it allows us to examine the pieces of our lives more closely and more purposefully.
Knowing our Why is a powerplay for us all. It allows us to gain focus and purpose for the journey.
