Vaughan boasts a successful professional and commercial track record, encompassing a corporate career and business ownership. He has served as an advisor and mentor to small businesses and recently transitioned into the realm of Corrections, focusing on the reintegration of prisoners post-conviction. Additionally, Vaughan manages the Treaty Partners online platform, dedicated to explaining and clarifying the conditions of the Treaty of Waitangi.
