The Love Project is a 10 episode (Introduction makes technically #11 :-D) (INTERACTIVE) Podcast Series! Grab an fresh new Memo or Journal Paper Pad and pen because you're gunna need it! This Podcast series YOU will be putting in the work AND if you have a Romantic partner or not and have a friend PLEASE have them join with you as we go on a journey of self improvement and working on improving our relationships. Each episode has a 1-1-then-1-1;1-2 part segments and is designed to inform and educate you in the first (1-1) segment, then you will have a "Learning Experience" (segment 2-1), then after (segment 2-2) which will be your "Exercise" (there sometimes will be homework).
While becoming educated on what the episode is about, doing the learning experience, and exercise you will be documenting and journaling everything into your memo journal. But, Don't let all this "work:" fool yah!! ALL of this is SUPER EASY!! As everything progresses the work you do may be more challenging however isn't anything that will be too hard or cut into any life activities or priorities. I spent MONTHS preparing, writing, researching, putting all of this together, producing and post production to present this to you all for FREE! And I will be taking this journey WITH YOU so no worries if you don't have a partner or anyone to do this with!
Anyone can do this series either alone or accompanied too! But, in order for ANY OF THIS to WORK you MUST put in the ACTUAL WORK that i ask you to do and follow along with each episode. If you need to RE-WATCH an episode do it! No worries!! One episode will be released each seek on each Sunday at 12:00pm on my AUDIO Podcast wherever you listen at.
