In the latest episode of Austin Eras, we are thrilled to welcome Alyssia Palacios-Woods, Executive Director at the Austin-based nonprofit Capital IDEA. Alyssia has been on an inspirational path that other young professionals should take note of as she's worked her way up the ranks while being a skilled communicator, a fundraiser and leader in the Austin area.
