Minnesota had an overachieving season, last year, but they lost a bunch of their roster to the portal. Is it possible for them to have another "successful" season?

As for the Cornhuskers, are they up for another successful season, after a largely successful season last year? Are the additions to the roster enough to counter the subtractions through transfer and graduation?
