This week is Marie Fraser.
Marie, known as The Boundary Queen, is a certified coach, clinical hypnotherapist and integrative therapist who has a wealth of experience and knowledge on how to create happy and successful relationships.
Daily we are involved in a myriad of relationships from daughter, sister, lover, mother, partner, friend, co-worker, leader, client, entrepreneur and each one will demand slightly different boundaries. The success and happiness of every single relationship is dependent on our communicating and maintaining those boundaries.
People are not mind readers, it’s our responsibility to let them know how we want to be treated and what behaviour is and, more importantly, is not acceptable to us.
Marie's mission is to help ambitious, professional women create happy and successful relationships by confidently setting, communicating and maintaining their personal and professional boundaries so they can confidently say “NO” and take control of their lives without feeling guilty.
Weak and inconsistent boundaries creates indecision, overwhelm, a lack of self-trust and self-confidence. Relationships flounder making life miserable and hard causing stress and anxiety, which if left unaddressed, can lead to depression and burnout.
