This is based on the book 'Corporate Tribalism' by Thomas Kochman and Jean Mavrelis who are diversity experts based in the US. This sheds some light on the challenges that are faced in implementing diversity programs at work. White men as holders of positions of power in the workplace are key in the achievement of employment equity and gender representation in leadership positions.
