Life happens to all of us...sometimes just when things are going easy peasy lemon squeezy we get sideswiped by something completely out of our control and we lose our bearings. This is when we find ourselves second guessing what we're doing and if the struggle is all worth it. I'm here to tell you that you're not alone and that this happens to all of us! No one is immune to this - not even the gurus and experts that we all look up to. And actually it's usually these bumps in the road that lead to an even bigger transformation. I certainly know that was the case for me. My biggest transformation took some time to get to and it was because I found myself completely lost at times and it wasn't until I started to focus on the things I'm talking about in this episode that my vision for myself and my business started to become crystal clear again. I continue to use them in my life and business today - because I too experiences these seemingly debilitating events that shakes me to my core - and I'm left trying to figure out the what my next steps should be.
