Some of his previous roles include Asset Management Performance Manager at Riverside, Contracts Technical Officer at Knowsley Council, and Housing Officer at The Regenda Group.
Today, Jon talks more about what a retrofit programme is and how to measure it, decarbonization culture, and his holistic approach to reaching the 2050 net-zero target.
