Tabula Rasa: In psychology, the empirical theory that we are born without mental content and only receive knowledge through experiences and what we observe. It can also be defined as a new start.
In this shorter episode, I will go over the importance of sloughing off old thoughts, ideas, and choices in order to adopt the new thing more effectively. Whether the slate was wiped clean intentionally or not, it is an adjustment period and the beginning of something new. Either way, be mindful about understanding the “why” of the new thoughts, ideas, and choices because it is the stuff that defines us.
Seek, in this new year, to slough off the old and define who you are going to be in 2023.
