In this session we are going to do an exercise that will answer the question: How can I center myself in God in a few minutes? The short answer is by connecting to your threefold living power supply from God: your new self, the Holy Spirit and Christ. We explained these three sources in our previous sessions. Now we will combine them and go through an exercise to embed them into your heart. These three supplies are the root energy sources for following Jesus!
