The Church of God Militant Pillar and Ground of the Truth is an independent Church of God church organization in the United States. The church was founded and established Feburary 18 1922 in Blue Diamond, KY and is a part of the Pentecostal movement, that started in 1906. The church is founded and established on the Apostolic doctrine of the The Bible. The church organization teaches Holiness is a lifestyle and not a church domination. The name of the church refers to the biblical text in 1 Tim 3:15. The word "militant" was added to indicate the fight against sin and their stand on The Bible as the Word of God being a infallible and God inspired.
