In today’s episode, we sit down with Redding Police Captain Brian Cole and Lieutenant Jonathan Sheldon to discuss their roles and responsibilities on a fully staffed Redding Police force.
We’ll learn how the bike team enhances community policing by patrolling with a more personal community engagement strategy and forming key relationships with business owners. We also explore the successes and training used by the Crisis Intervention Response Team, shedding light on compassionate and effective responses to challenging situations.
