Today Ian in his show welcomes two guests Kiana Guyon & Joshua Lucas Oates. They start off by a brief introduction and how they are currently doing. Kiane then explains all the different parts that are in a toothbrush and Joshua explains their method for returning customers and their recycling pledge. Kiane and Joshua then talk more about what ideas helped their business grow and what role did Kickstarter play in all of that. Kiane and Joshua then talk more about the business model they had to adapt because of different countries and how that shifted their perspective on things.
