Jessica Fukuchi has been in the insurance industry since 2008 and is the President of PCRG Insurance located in Washington. Jessica is a mother, travel enthusiast, community helper, and social butterfly.

Jessica shares that she went through a lot of recent changes and shifts when it comes to her servicing model. She notes that a business needs a growth plan in order to be successful, but spending time, in the beginning, creating the processes or setting the steps for servicing and creating a plan for establishing boundaries could help avoid big shifts 4-5 years in.
- Being a strong woman leader in the industry.
Not only does Jessica run her own agency, but she also spends time networking, attending events, and speaking at them, too. Part of her agency is her own personal brand and expertise that she brings to the insurance industry as an influencer and expert.
