David Brisco discusses subrogation and how important building relationships with carriers, professionals and insureds is when it comes to the fast paced job. David emphasizes that he doesn't think of each case as a case number, he acknowledges that this is a claim that a real person filed and he always has that in mind.
Subrogation is a huge part of the insurance industry ,and in this episode it is clear that Brian and David have a genuine relationship due to connecting previously regarding a claim.
David Brisco works for Cozen O'Connor and is responsible for managing a subrogation litigation caseload in various legal areas, including wildfires, product liability, negligence, construction defect and breach of warranties. David also hosts his own podcast called Subro on the Go with his colleague Joe Rich.
