Step 1: Become Self Aware of your bad/good habits!
Step 2: Identify how they're affecting your life, productivity, joy, health/well-being, success, relationships, etc.
Step 3: Then write the (above/previous) answers/observations down on paper or your phone notes.
Step 4: Following this, write down/ponder the kind owf life you desire to live (having a vision of your desired life), will help you stay focused and disciplined, and consistent daily
Step 5: Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly… SMART Goals:
S: Specific - Set real numbers with real deadlines and goals.
M: Measurable - Consistently Track progress made with your goal.
A: Attainable - Know Yourself and your capabilities, and what your potential is, plus how far you can grow, beyond your current comfort zone/skills/progress…
R: Realistic- Set huge goals out of your reach and comfort zone, but also focus on small goals/systems/ways to
T: Time-Bound/Set a Date to achieve your goal.

Good Daily Habits:
- Make your bed
- Read nightly/daily
