It's a freezing cold winter night in June 1993, Frankson VIC, and 18 year old Elizabeth Stevens is due home from school. When she didn't come home, her worried relatives search for her, but to no avail and report her missing to the police. When her severely bashed and beaten body is discovered the next day, police or locals have no idea the hell the next few weeks would unleash on them and the women in the area. A psychotic woman hater was finally acting out his life long fantasies of stalking and killing women, and no one was safe. Not even a new mother or teenage school girl.
