This episode features the second half of the trailer manufacturers roundtable discussion, recorded at CTEA’s Annual Conference in September. The session was an hour long so we split it into two parts to make it a little more digestible. Part 1 of the session can be found in the previous episode.
The topic is “Improving Efficiency and Productivity in Trailer Manufacturing: Getting the Most Out of the Human Resources You Have.” Panelists discussed how they tackle the inevitable challenges, and shared some of the lessons they learned along the way.
