1. Moderate acromioclavicular arthropathy with mild subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis.
2. Tiny nondisplaced labral tear anteriorly.
3. No tear in the rotator cuff, minimal diffuse rotator cuff muscle atrophy.
4. Isolated moderate atrophy of the teres minor, likely idiopathic

Narrative
MRI OF THE LEFT SHOULDER WITHOUT CONTRASTCONTRAST.
INDICATION: Left shoulder pain, unresolving, localized to left acromioclavicular joint radiating to the trapezius region and neck
TECHNIQUE: Multiplanar, multisequence MR images of the left shoulder were obtained on a 3 Tesla magnet.
COMPARISON: Bilateral shoulder radiographs 7/9/2020.
FINDINGS:
Alignment: Normal.
Fluid:
Subacromial/subdeltoid bursa: Mild bursitis.
Glenohumeral: Small amount of fluid within the subscapularis recess.
Long head of biceps brachii tendon: Normal.
Acromial arch:
Shape: flat
Subacromial spur: Absent.
Lateral downsloping: Absent.
Acromioclavicular joint: Moderate arthropathy with capsular hypertrophy, effusion, and distal clavicular cysts.
Rotator cuff:
Supraspinatus: Moderate tendinosis.
Infraspinatus: Mild tendinosis.
Subscapularis: Normal.
Long head of biceps brachii tendon:
Anchor: Intact.
Horizontal portion: Tendinosis.
Vertical portion: Normal.
Glenohumeral joint:
Labrum: Anterior labral tear.
Glenohumeral ligaments: Normal.
Glenohumeral cartilage: Normal.
Bones: Otherwise normal.
Muscles: Moderate fatty atrophy of the teres minor. No effacement of the quadrilateral space.
Vessels: Normal.
