Francesca Koe is an active waterwoman, scuba diver, freediver, safety freediver and competition judge. Francesca is the Vice President of USA Freediving, the Chief of Media for some of the world's biggest freediving competitions, and a long time and prolific writer for DeeperBlue.com. A passionate advocate for ocean conservation is the 2019 Sanctuary Wavemaker Award winner.
