Tonight we're speaking to Leena Oijala and Martyna Goralska. Leena Oijala is a yoga and fitness instructor as well as an AIDA freediving instructor who seeks to provide students a supportive and motivating learning environment. Martyna Goralska is also an AIDA freediving instructor who applies meditation to her freediving and considers enjoying the ocean and safety as intertwined.
