Hello everyone and welcome to the first episode of Divulgence of the year 2022! I tried to make it special for everyone and I think I did just that! As the marquee will show, I welcome an ALL-Star cast of guests to chat about the new Matrix Resurrections movie! We rant and rave on symbolism and layers within the movie, the traumatic triggers throughout the movie, some of the most traumatic and infuriating scenes (and their links to 9/11 and the current pandemic), the movie ending, the timing of the release of the movie and some of the all too familiar themes in the movie, including wearing masks and viruses, using fear against us as a weapon of control, transhumanism and posthumanism, gender roles and sexism, nanotech, living under the thumb of machines, the metaverse and wokeness/anti-wokeness. Jason shares some great insights on and connections to, with real-world examples, DARPA and shares some key, relevant documents. Rachel cries about the Frenchman, one of many ‘broken men’ within the movie and discusses being the ‘middle path’. Also discussed was the current struggle of accepting and kneeling to transhumanism, the forcing of polarity upon us, and we also get off topic for a bit and talk cloned meat, marketing being a spell and how the wood peg and the hook can be better than the bionic arm.
