Ageless the 50+ podcast
I’m creating an “ Ageless” movement for the 50+ community. I am redefining what it means to age.
I also help woman at this age who’ve been through trauma, peel back the layers with heart healings. Chakra clearings, energy work and Reiki. Helping woman with self esteem issues as they age and have overcome trauma and adversity is very important to me. At this age having unhealed trauma is detrimental to us living Agelessly!
I also heal with Reiki and am an intuitive card reader.
My mission is for us all to live an Ageless, joyful meaningful life! We are not young, we are not old, we are the “ tweeners.” Join me and this movement.
