This is a story about love, crime, and deception. Julia has lived on the fringes of society since she was a child, always yearning to be loved. She met Raymond through a matrimonial column, who moved her with gentle words and thoughtful care. However, Raymond doesn't sincerely love her; he is only using her for fraud and robbery.
