"My holiness envelops everything I see," and "My holiness blesses the world," all found in A Course in Miracles. The meditation begins with a relaxation phase as your entire body is made calm and at peace. You then step into a guided journey as you focus on extending holiness and blessing to everyone and every situation. You will know that you are only here to bless. Rest a while in this meditation and when you return to the world you will see through the Eyes of Holiness.
