Holly embarked on her real estate journey in 1991 amidst the picturesque landscapes of Hawaii. Rapidly transitioning into a full-time agent, she surged ahead and within just four years, secured a coveted spot among the top 13 agents across all the Islands. In 2000, after eight fruitful years, she returned to the mainland, making St. Louis, Missouri her new home. Embracing a new role as a contractor, she masterminded the renovation and sale of over 25 homes, extending her expertise to both personal projects and client ventures. In 2012, Holly rekindled her roots in real estate sales, bolstered by the attainment of her Broker's license. This resurgence ignited her passion for aiding Buyers and Sellers as they navigated transitions to new homes. Her thriving referral network stands as a testament to her prowess, catering to first-time buyers, as well as veterans of the buying and selling process. Holly's paramount objective as an agent remains unwavering: to streamline a typically stressful process, rendering it effortlessly manageable. Balancing her pragmatic side, she collaborates with an assembly of Investors, unearthing prime properties that subsequently grace her listings following their transformative renovations.
