How do you develop your workforce? What is your strategy for personal and professional development? Whatever comes to mind, it probably (and appropriately) includes webinars, seminars, and courses. But think about it - have you experienced or witnessed profound changes as a result of a seminar? If we want to really move the needle as it relates to our personal behavior or the behavior of an entire team, what can we really do? This is the central question we explore in today's Eye of Power podcast.
We take a critical look at the different approaches we should take to produce desired results. We cite some examples and methods. And we suggest a novel method that promises to move teams in the direction of mutual trust and respect.
