In this episode I discuss the challenges I experience as an introvert who would prefer to keep my thoughts to myself. Over time, I have realized that being silent is not always the best option.
When I don’t speak, my silence speaks for me.
We naturally allow others to fill in the blanks with their own fears and insecurities when we choose silence.
I offer five reasons we choose to be silent and encouragement for speaking up rather than letting our message be chosen for us.
