Verge Ausberry, Executive Deputy Director for Athletics and Executive Director of External Affairs at Louisiana State University, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss what it takes for student athletes to compete at a D-1 program, how to balance the daily rigors of preparing for gametime while maintaining academics, what D-1 coaches are looking for in an athlete in addition to the high expectations they have for their players to win.
