This week Lynne looks at the world of fashion, from her past founding London fashion Week in the 80’s, to the present and importantly looking at what’s next for fashion. Is sustainability in the industry another trend or is there a genuine mood for lasting change?

Joining Lynne this episode is the sustainable fashion pioneer Orsola de Castro, founder of Fashion Revolution, to discuss her new book Loved Clothes Last: How the Joy of Rewearing and Repairing Your Clothes Can Be a Revolutionary Act. They discuss everything from Orsola’s start in the fashion industry, to how she co-founded Fashion Revolution after the cataclysmic events of Rana Plaza in Bangladesh, through to the movements growth on Twitter using the #whomademyclothes hashtag and how it helped expose the lack of transparency in the detrimental environmental, and often hidden human costs.
