We business owners are not always the easiest people to work with. We think it’s easier to do the work ourselves because it’s hard to delegate tasks we care about and it’s hard to train VAs to do them. But, in order for your business to scale you will need other people on your team.
People management is a skill you can acquire. You can learn to inspire people and give them areas of control to work with you. People are the biggest investment you’ll ever make in your business. Bring them in and set them up to rise up with you and feel brilliant!
