Criticizing yourself is not loving yourself because our inner belief becomes our outer experience and people take us at our own valuation. So let’s join in fasting from self-criticism and start feasting on prosperous thinking. Stop making excessive demands upon yourself. Spend your time appreciating the good in your life.
