Melissa and Leadership/Teams expert Dr Pauline Lee chat about why it is well worth teams doing "the work" to become a leadership team rather than a team of leaders. 🔸 Surfacing the individual and collective 'stories' helps the team break away from habits and patterns of thinking that are not serving the team
