As a teacher of Practical Spirituality, I am passionate about helping people to uncover and express their Divine Nature to live a more rewarding, joyful, prosperous, productive and peaceful life experience. Combining Affirmative Prayer with Self-Havening is a powerful tool for transformation.
A native Long Islander, I am the founder and director of the Guiding Light Foundation, where we offer Celebration of Life memorials and funeral services for those who call themselves spiritual rather than religious. I am trained in Transformational Breath, EFT, NYS Mediator and as a Death Doula.
In my spare time I enjoy power boating on the North Shore of Long Island, NY and am Certified with America’s Boating Club to teach the basic ABC Boat Safety course. And, I am a Certified Vessel Safety Examiner.
