On our first Hot Pizza Ass road trip Erin and Zach Harper (NBA Radio, Count the Dings) went to visit Eric Jensen, critically acclaimed winemaker at Booker in Paso Robles and host of Poppin’ Corks podcast. We share a bottle of Krug as Eric tells us his story of how he left a career producing music festivals behind, to enter the wine industry - an industry that requires patience, and a very different skill set as a farmer. This is an episode about growth, changing the aristocratic culture of the wine industry, and the importance of building community. Eric's built a strong one and he's actively giving back to address systemic issues at the root, and change the accessibility and exclusive culture of the wine industry.
