Reviewing the year you just had, your impacts and growth areas is critical to your wellbeing and growth!
I really think one of the most valuable things you can do, regularly, is reviewing your progress.

• Wow... it's the last day of 2024 - what just happened?
• When did you feel alive and fulfilled this year?
• What did you achieve that makes you proud?
• Where did you proactively create opportunity for yourself?

These are some important questions to be asking yourself regularly.. but what better time to do it than TODAY, at the end of a year, to help remind you of your impact and value?
