Speaker bio: My own journey of recovery from an eating disorder and my desire to help others led me to working in this field as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. I have been in the field since 2018 working in treatment centers helping people in Residential, PHP, IOP, and OP discover their worth and their power, and reshape their relationship with both food and themselves. I recently opened my own fully virtual private practice serving Florida residents called Expanded Consciousness Counseling where I do individual work with adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, poor body image, perfectionism, anxiety, and OCD recover their inner peace.
