Today, I’m tackling the question - is solo safer? I meet so many women in business who are tackling it solo, and IT BOTHERS ME! Solo workers are at risk of burnout, chronic fatigue and loneliness, which are all things that are incredibly detrimental to their health. My goal is to get as many women who want to scale their businesses and hire teams to do just that. And more than that, I want hiring your dream team to be EASY and also a bit FUN!
