I have the honor to talk to another one of my besties and fellow entrepreneur,
Stephani Klassen, whom wears many hats. She is a business owner, a mother of two teenagers, a dog lover, a navy brat, a Pittsburgh almost yinza, and most of all a #momboss who gives a crepe about Erie. Through her 15 years in Erie Pennsylvania she has grown to love and appreciate this county from state line to state line.
Her business Give A Crêpe La CrepErie is located at Shops on the Hill, a part of the Erie Hill District Collaborative, and is working on her second location at Perry Square set to open in November.
Her story may have even more twists and turns than mine, but she is enjoying the journey as well!
