-Putting your foot down and rejecting the idea of NO
The average person hears the word NO over 150,000 times before they turn 18. We are programmed to believe that we cannot do things or have things. We have to make a very intentional decision to stop that trend.
We are BRAVER than we know.
And STRONGER than we think.
