Collectively, In Wheel Time Car Talk has been attending events at Houston Raceway Park since the very first time the gates were opened. With our close proximity and diverse backgrounds of our crew, we have managed to see a lot of changes over the years and we were saddened to hear it is shutting down operations.
For that last four years, Toyota Racing Development has been a welcomed sponsor of our broadcast from the NHRA Spring Nationals, where we have met a lot of great people! We have interviewed NHRA drivers from the Professional ranks, the Sportsman classes, and even some of the engineers and crew chiefs that make it all happen. One of our interviews with Antron Brown actually garnered an award from the Texas Auto Writers Association as part of a radio broadcast.
So while we hate to see things change, things change and we are joining with all the other fans to say a big thank you for the memories!
Our first guest is from the NHR Top Fuel catagory - Justin Ashley. A young man that seems to be well spoken and aware of his surroundings in one of the fastest sports on the planet.
