✅ Practice self reflection and be honest often - identifying your skill set and acknowledging any gaps is a key starting point.

✅ Think about what you are learning, how frequently and who from? - surrounding yourself with people who will challenge you and make you consider other perspectives is invaluable.

✅ Be curious and take action - it's great to question things but more important to then plan the next steps which will help you reach your desired goal and purpose.
