Regardless of age, career or degrees of therapization, rejection is a deeply uncomfortable experience. Sure, as we grow and evolve, we build armor and coping mechanisms that help us navigate the sting more gracefully; but, sometimes, it simply burns like hell. This week, Drew and Alex get muddy about their complicated relationships with rejection, the tools that help mitigate emotional pain, and the tools that don’t.
