Two months ago I have recored my first episode about MeetMe@ app. Since that moment I had been working on concepting the app as per my 12-milestone process. The app is now live, and is delivered exactly as planned - in time, in budget, in tinniest detail! My product and project management teams have planned out delivery while my design and development teams had delivered the app exactly as planned.

My 12-milestone process focuses on all aspects of the product, not only from design and tech perspective but also from the business perspective, and following my 12-milestone process the MeetMe@ app has reached 3.5k pre-orders on the App store in two months only. First day has resulted in over 17k sessions which produced only 4 bugs!
